I have a samsung galaxy s20fe and it works perfectly, works thru a case.

My Galaxy G4 watch overheats and shuts down sometimes using this charger. This does not happen with the official Samsung wireless charger that came with the watch. Overheating shortens the battery life. The phone charger part works fine. I would not recommend this charger.

Charger for the phone (S21) works fine; supports ‘fast wireless charging’ and had no heating issues. However, after charging the watch overnight (as usual), I was woken up by the watch vibrating/beeping and warning me that it had entered ‘emergency only mode’ due to overheating. This, in my mind, is totally unacceptable as the watch itself felt dangerously hot to touch. Those intending to charge their watches (which I assume is most people looking at this product) should closely monitor it if they chose to charge it using this dock, especially if charging overnight.

Reading other reviews, should I be glad that I'm lucky enough that my one doesn't even charge the watch at all......

Charges my Samsung S20FE Phone through its Spiegen Gel Case w/ metal plate built in for my car mount & my Samsung Galaxy Pro 5 sits on top perfectly balanced and charges well. Have not experienced any overheating issues … It works perfectly.
