When it's around your neck the fan is much weaker even when fully charged – not to mention is super close to your face. The three power levels only actually work while it's pugged in and to a computer or usb port. There are definitely better fans of a similar design available for the same price even on this website.
Power is decent for fans of this size… also has great portable functionality with the bendable arms, allowing it to sit in any position. Been very pleased with it so far. Battery life is OK.
