Yea, it’s dr pepper! Doesn’t taste any different to me. If anything it’s less syrupy and so feels more like fountain soda. Absolute winner for me! We alternate between this and the Cherry Coke no sugar which is my wife’s fav.

I really like Dr. Pepper and being able to get it sugar free makes it even better

Diet branded Doctor Pepper is hard to source in New Zealand, but is super delicious. Really happy I can buy it here in bulk, at a reasonable price.

A couple of years ago I bought the Dr Pepper Zero (UK version) off you and it was great. It hadn't been available for a while and when I saw it back again I thought – awesome. The only thing is that it was the Polish version and I have tried that previously and it sucked. I ordered believing this was the UK version, like before (there was nothing on your website indicating country of origin). It has been delivered but I'm not drinking it and sending a request for a refund.

Used to really enjoy this, but it seems like Mighty Ape sometimes source it from Europe (Poland?) rather than the UK. This version tastes bitter and watered down.

The only answer I can really give is that you have to taste it.

I consider Diet Dr Pepper okay… it’s not as good as Diet Rite Pure Zero as a diet cola but it’s far better than something like Diet Pepsi or Diet Faygo.

Dr Pepper Zero Sugar tastes nothing like Diet Dr Pepper. In my opinion, it doesn’t really taste like regular Dr Pepper either. The cola flavor is lower in the mix and some of the other flavors are stronger. Not the berry ones… maybe the amaretto or sarsaparilla or something. It’s difficult to tell because I’m not Gordon Ramsey and I don’t have the kind of palate that can identify individual flavors in a complicated mix unless they are prominent. Dr Pepper has 23 individual flavors and that’s way above my pay grade.

Plus, I have no idea what sarsaparilla is supposed to taste like. There’s that.

I will say it doesn’t have that aspartame flavor that sours so many people on diet colas. On the other hand, it doesn’t have the syrupy sweetness that so many people love about regular sodas (and that I can no longer stomach).

If caffeine is important to you I would definitely try Dr Pepper Zero Sugar. It may taste weird at first (at least, it did to me) because it doesn’t taste like either regular or diet Dr Pepper but once you get past those expectations it’s pretty good.
