While it's a great product to use, easy clean interface, large display, just put it on a finger and off it goes, once you put batteries in they start to discharge immediately because it doesn't seem to actually turn off, it just goes into standby, so a few days later when I want to use it again, the batteries are constantly dead. Not sure how to get around this issue because it doesn't have an “off” button, but for now, I have to change the batteries every time I want to use it (which is getting expensive). But the product itself is very easy to use and does what it needs to, so that's the reason for the rating.

Put in 2× AAA batteries when it arrived, worked well and put it away. Took it out a few months later having not used it since and it wouldn’t turn on. Switched the batteries for a brand new set and it worked good as new. Put it away for a week and took it out again but the screen said it was running out of battery and then died! Annoying because it both looks like it’s turned “off” when not used and the instructions even say it has an auto sleep function too. Waste of time and money.

The oximeter is very handy and accurate, I would recommend this.

I only wanted a basic and budget Pulse Oximeter. It arrived today. I have tried it and it works well. It also has a few settings you can play with! I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a cheap Pulse Oximeter that does the job. A+++

Product seems well made and when you get the hang of it performs well. I get best results using my little finger. The instructions let the product down. They are printed in diabolically small type and the English is stilted. That said, once set up, it works well.

Cheap quality and material, had one then exchanged for another. Both not working with new batteries. Unfortunate.

I’ve had my Oximeter a few weeks and use it almost daily as I’ve been told my heart may go into atrial fibrillation at any time without symptoms. I’m very happy with the various functions and I’ve had no battery problems, as some other reviewers have reported.

Hard to use on children but works perfectly on adults. Can be finicky if you don’t get it in just the right place. However for the price you can’t go wrong really. Does the job, peace of mind.

It does exactly what it says and the price is a real deal!!

Installed batteries, clicked the power button, pressed the power button, double clicked the power button. Device does not turn on. Very disappointed. (Tried second set of batteries, still nothing)
