I was sceptical about getting a mini futon “thing” that folds up in awkward ways, but this sofa is actually very comfortable. It is feather light and folds flat, taking up no space. My partner is very specific about her furniture, so I just shove this underneath our sofa when I am not using it. I have actually been using it as a reading chair as well, sometimes preferring to sit on it as opposed to our couch. I can stretch my legs out if watching TV or sit upright with back support when I play games. It can pivot at different angles, so you don't have to be either lying down or upright. If you are on a budget and don't want a rocking chair, this is a great buy. Hard metal frame inside by the way covered by foam, so feels quite durable yet not hard to the touch.

Ive played games on my PC for years on a coffee table. Ive tried all sorts of cushions and pillows to give me comfort while playing for hours. But they all eventurally go flat as a pancake from weight being on them for long hours. This futon is amazing, super soft and comfy, Also HUGE!! I have a feeling this one wont go flat as a pancake. I also like how you could turn it to a mattress for sleep overs, But im not sure if its ideal for sleeping on if your the type to roll over in sleep. Maybe if you know you can sleep still or els youll roll off it. Unless its for a Kids sleep over, it might be just the right size for kids to roll over and sleep on.

But other than that its a great floor gaming chair.

The threads between the seams have already started fraying on mine, even though this is in MightyApe's 100–150kg category. I've only had it for 1 week and weigh 65kg. The box packaging was unexpectedly large, the length can just barely fit in a normal car with the back seats folded down. So much wasted cardboard. They could have folded the cushion ends in to make the packaged size more manageable.

Update: after owning it for coming up to a year I will say my first chair starting to tear within the first 2 weeks. The seam the attaches the cushions to the base came undone so I ask for a replacement which mightyape was so kind to give me a new one and keep the old one. But the same thing happened to the 2nd chair. And the more you ignore it the more it falls apart on you. But I've now replaced it with a real gaming chair so I'm glad to get rib of that floor chair that was falling apart. Worth $200 tho? I don't know if worth that much

But other than that its a great floor gaming chair.

I'm not a gamer. Bought it for watching TV and reading. It's super comfortable, more comfy than a bean bag with good back support. My husband and I fight for the seat 😆

Very comfortable and has a range of settings. Be interesting to see how durable it is.

Well, this is the chair my wife and kid loves to lounge or fall asleep to when watching tv or playing games. We do not use the regular sofa anymore. Lol 😂 i'm just wishing for more paddings along the metal chassis on this thing, if that's even possible, so I can make it a guest bed 😁 all in all, highly recommended for chilling!👍

Bought this product with the intention to sleep on it. Unfortunately after 1 month, the fabric where the cushions connect eventually started to rip. Emailed Customer service for a return/refund and they were very responsive and made the process easy. If they keep improving the product, I will definitely buy it because it was well made in all other aspects.

We are still using this it's a great chair. We just learnt earlier in that it is fragile and the stitching can come apart. We would had rung in about our problem but we just kept using the chair so I guess it's ours now. I guessed it probably wasn't worth swapping as the chances are that the others are the same. Also wasn't worth the huha as the chair still functioned and wasn't totally wrecked. As well as my daughter stopped protesting about sorting out a solution and continued using the chair therefore I figured she was now happy with it. We just put it down to that you had to be careful with it. I suppose it didn't help when a toddler wants to use it as a see-saw. Although we had handled it with care before the first sign of stitching loosening. In future I will ensure I spend a bit more for better quality. And something more hardwearing and weight withstanding. Also will inform straight away next time in the first instance of any problem. Read reviews people and avoid disappointment.

These had a lot of promise, however the quality and type of the fabric is not suitable. We bought two and one lasted one day, one lasted one week. Disappointing.

Decently comfy and very portable/foldable. Had some issues with the first one ripping, however mightyape quickly sent out a replacement free of charge. No issues with new futon.

Bought this for my son, who likes to lay on the floor , he loves it and we are happy that he is off the floor so all works out just awesome.

This is a great seat for anybody, playing games or just watching movies, it’s great folded out too 👍

The chair is awesome and comfortable. But because of the box size, it's not sent via the normal courier and instead goes through mainfreight. It took nearly 3 weeks from purchase to it actually arriving so keep that in mind if you are buying.

I bought this for my partner who is 130kg and in less than a month the foam compacted so much he just felt like he was sitting on the hard floor. Also, at 6 weeks the fabric pulled through the stitching in multiple places before the cushion ripped right off at 6 months of use. Contacted MA when the fabric was starting to pull and they replaced the chair free of charge. It's been 5 months with this new one and it has held up better than the last.

We ordered one of these for our 12 year old and were originally pleased. After a couple of months the stitching started to fall apart, the stuffing and padding was exposed and coming apart. We contact MA and were given a replacement…that lasted longer but will ended up in the same state. Ultimately within 8 months they were both taken to the rubbish tip.

Material started ripping on the 2nd week we got it was surprised especially with the price I paid it was for my 7year old to play his PlayStation

Looks great and works great however it falls apart after a month or so, very poor quality.

Chair is awesome, but as soon as it arrived we could see it coming apart at the seams, the framing is very sturdy, but the fabric just seems to be the wrong choice for the job, a shame really because it would be really awesome
