We brought this for our 4 year old. He was afraid of monsters in the dark so always wanted to sleep with the light on. This is awesome because you can use it just as a night light or as a projector onto the roof and walls. When projecting you also have the option of it rotating the image. He likes it as a projector, and seems to distract him from the usual bedtime drama but doesn’t keep him awake.

Works better than I thought it would. I have a large room and the projection fills all walls and my ceiling. Definitely recommend!

I was genuinely surprised by how good this is. It comes with 6 different filters including undersea, birthday, planets and stars and constellations. The light is bright but can be dimmed and it rotates It aslo has a cover so it can serve as a nightlight. It's better in a smaller room, and lights up our toddlers room . The only downside is that the power cord is very very short (about a metre. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5)

Happy with it for the price. Projection does look like the pictures, but definitely drops off with distance pretty quick. Nice and quiet when the rotating function is on. Can run on the included very short ~50cm Micro-USB cable or 4×AA batteries. You'll need your own wall adapter though. Includes several different “star” filters to put on.

Brighter then I thought it would be. When it's spinning around it makes a clicking noise, so not great if you are wanting it on all night. Miss 2 loves it and the blue setting is bright but not too stimulating so she still goes to sleep well with it.

You can change the color between white blue and yellow, alternating or together. You can dim it, it has 3 levels. You can have it spinning or stationary. Plugs into (your own) USB plug thing that you use for pretty much everything now, but it, has space for battery underneath 3×AA never used that though. You can leave the lid on for just a nightlight or take it off for the projection. Works better in complete darkness obviously but it's great to give you an indication of how long you have been trying to put the kids to bed. Definitely worth it. Came with multiple print options but we picked the most realistic moon and stars and threw the rest out. However the under the sea one could have been a good vibe also.

Can’t fault it, it’s so beautiful! My 5 year old and 21/2 year old love it! Changes colour, brightness, blends together AND rotates! Is beautiful as a projector and a nightlight, so pleased I bought it. Comes with different filters which is an added bonus! It’s so much more than I expected. The light is a nice brightness, not too bright and relaxing on the eye in the dark. Good variety of slides to choose from. Takes batteries or works plugged in but wish it could be charged but out ssd use of that, a good little light!

Only real con is the cable is too short, otherwise a great light

We needed a battery powered night light for the kids room. This has surpassed our expectations – it can be plugged in or run on battery power. You can set the light level, colour and can change the pattern! The kids love it (some adults love it too) and when the novelty wears off we plan on swapping out the pattern.

Squeaky high pitch noise when it's on. Maybe a faulty one ? Projection quality isn't great, but as a night light it looks great.

Took me a while to realise you actually have to take the lid off to see the projections. They are so cool and the kit comes with multiple different filters so you can have stars, planets, constellations, underwater or even happy birthday projections!

Coolest little night light! And there are other cool options to choose from if ya want to change it up a bit! Its a neat little gadget – there's no noise from the slow turning, we live in the countryside so anyone can hear a pin drop, if there is a sound it could be comforting almost. I enjoy taking a moment to watch the constellations – my fav. Please with this purchase and I though the price was reasonable

Not the strongest lamp, but in a very dark room the pattern is comfortably visible on the two walls nearest the lamp, plus the ceiling. Changing the inserts seems simple enough. Not too noisy either.

My girls LOVE this they go one each for their rooms and they are awesome!

Great light for my room, makes me feel relaxed

Amazing for my 6 and 4 year olds. They love space so to have different colour options and rotation mode on they really love it. Many other themes and the 6yr old is able to change them in and out herself which is great. Fantastic piece of fun, can’t fault it. I only wish I’d found it earlier.

This light burns through a set of AA batteries every night. Terrible. Don’t know if my one is faulty, but that’s a lot of power for a couple of lights.

I bought 2 of these for my son and his a friend. We loved it. Only cons is its power cord is too short , for best effect it should be in middle of room not corner.
