The delivery was timely and nothing was damaged as I'm always happy to see from mighty apes service. I'm a bit disappointed that such a expensive chair is so uncomfortable though as it seems the price mainly derives from how flashy it is and looks, not so much from the actual functionality standpoint. I'm happy with the amount of adjustability you can get from it though but after maybe a hour to a hour and a half sitting in it, it becomes so uncomfortable that I have to stop playing whatever game I am at the time. All of this is nothing to do with mightyapes service and everything to do with the chair itself of course.

Tldr: its pretty but uncomfortable for sitting times over a hour or two. Mighty apes service was stellar as it usually is though.

I have had two of these chairs now and both times the backrest has broken on the joint. Would not recommend

I think the reviews saying how uncomfortable this chair is downplayed how uncomfortable it is. I needed a chair for working from home, but I didn't want one that was super comfy and might lead to me dozing off after long hours. I also needed one that would support my weight for long hours. So I opted for this one because others had said it wasn't comfortable. But let me just say it is super uncomfortable. There is a metal frame in the seat that digs into your thighs and it will numb your butt with how uncomfortable it is before you move and then that causes pain to flood your rear end, So when you read that this chair is not comfortable know that it is probably going to be banned in several countries as a torture device.

The best I have ever owned really good with gaming steering wheel great for driving sim

Got one of these when covid hit, been using it couple years and its great. Hurt my back recently and this is the ONLY comfy chair I can use. Getting another for office now
