Star Wars: Battlefront previews

As mentioned above by another review, no there is sadly no campaign mode within the new Star Wars Battlefront however there is several OFFLINE capable single player modes which include survival type modes as well as Battles which is akin to the classic “instant action” modes from the previous titles. This has all been confirmed by developers. Additionally these OFFLINE modes can be played in split screen co-op on the console versions.

Oh yesh pre-ordered mine + BONUS vader bobble head and game poster! what a deal :) definitely will be playing this to hype up for episode 7 in december!! cannot wait!!!

Having watched a heap of leaked alpha footage now this game is now on my most wanted list after being skeptical for so long.

Just found out there will be no single player campaign options on launch. Won't effect those wanting a Multi Player Shooter but for all those wanting a single player mode…we are out of luck with this one. It still looks freaking awesome!

Looks badass

Played the beta extensively over the days it was out, the game plays really well and is addictive fun getting the power ups and blasting rebel scum. If they fix the spawn killing that occasionally happens it will be almost perfect

There was quite a few problems with licensing etc. for this game, especially after Disney bought out Lucas Arts (including their game studio). I'm surprised this game is being made, but obviously EA is listening to the demand of fans. Battlefront and Battlefront 2 were so much fun back on the PS2/Xbox and I'm so happy to see a new one on its way.

Been waiting soooo long for this. Was a big fan of first 2 battlefront games. 1 more day, I cannot wait!!!!!!

This looks SOO bloody good. This and Batman will be my titles of the year.
