Works well, just don't put a super heavy mic like the rode xdm on it and it will last ages and loosen off the arms before rotating or they will get saggy lol
The pop filter would not stay on, but other than that my microphone is snug and is easy to move around, good job whoever build this.
It extends a lot further than I thought it would which is really handy. Nice and strong in holding up and attaching to my desk. Fits most mics as well. Only thing I would add is an instruction manual on the setup as I'm sure some people would be confused a little. Apart from that, holds my hypercast up nicely :)
You are buying the cheapest boom arm you can find, which is fair, but just know the quality will show. I've had mine for about 6 months and every single time I move it, it has a terrible squeaking sound, and the base clip of the boom arm barely holds on. I've had my arm randomly disconnect from my desk about 3 or 4 times now. For a cheap and easy solution for a mic arm, its fine, and the filter is honestly great, but I see myself upgrading to a more official one in the future.
Holds a rode NT mini no problem, might have issues with larger mics though
