A Haunted House
A Haunted House is a 2013 American spoof comedy film – a parody of the “found footage” genre, such as the Paranormal Activity franchise and The Devil Inside.
When overactive man-child Malcolm (Marlon Wayans) takes the plunge and lets girlfriend Keisha (Essence Atkins) move into his house, he quickly senses they’re no longer alone. Videotaping a series paranormal events, Malcolm is shocked to discover the love of his life carries more than your average relationship baggage: she’s demonically possessed by an evil spirit. Malcolm enlists the help of priest/ex convict Father Williams (Cedric the Entertainer) to exorcise the demon from his girlfriend before it ruins his relationship… AND his sex life.
Special Features:
- Behind the Scenes Featurette

Critic Reviews:
- " Somewhere between a spoof on Paranormal Activity and crazy fun, film gathers pace and comedic momentum as it goes. The cumulative effect, especially if enjoyed in a group of relaxed friends, is likely to be hilarity … black dude jive kinda hilarity " – Andrew L. Urban
- " Clearly what the world needs right now is another low-rent horror movie spoof. And this one's not bad. Sticking to Paranormal Activity for its premise, it actually produces some pretty funny moments. " – Jim Schembri
- " Harkens back to the initial days of the oughties spoof craze, when screenwriters actually lampooned film genres rather than whatever the hell happened to catch their eye on YouTube as they sought inspiration. " – Clark Collis
