I'm a Pepsi fan when it comes to cola, but lately I've been buying this flavor, it tastes good and it's not overly too sweet or too gassy like most soda's.
Charlies is fast becoming my go to brand in soda's for I enjoy their small variety of flavors and their unique taste.
Always preferred the taste of drinks in a can rather than a plastic container or bottle because you can taste the plastic as the bottles age.
Sitting on the bottom shelf, almost hidden by the most known global leader in cola fizz production, I was captivated by the clever description on the label of Charlie's Cola, and plucked a pack to try. I was pleasantly surprised with a product that mixes so well with my favourite tipple, for it does not leave you with a sickly sweet taste that hangs on your teeth, leaving a fresh clean finish. I think the lemon helps with that, but is hardly noticeable, so does not confuse the taste buds. This product gets a perfect 10 from me – except it is hard to find on the shelves!
One of the best Cola's on the market, wile not being overly sweat it did still have a nice caramel aftertaste for everyone to enjoy.
We’ve had a crack at making a better cola – using natural stuff like real Kola Nuts and Malt. As an added bonus we’ve also used less sugar than leading full sugar Cola’s.
