I love this stuff. My Mum has it when she starts getting sick, as she has had Pneumonia in the past. It always helps her clear it up before she gets that sick again. I find I have to use it a couple of times a year, and it stops me getting those coughs that seem to last for weeks and come from the chest. Harker do a couple of products which are invaluable. I buy this one every second year, unless I get really sick. I find I can take less than the recommended dose if I am taking it preventively, but if the cold or cough has really settled in, I need to take more. The taste is quite strong – think of every herbal remedy altogether. I find it pleasant. The aniseed/licorice flavour sticks the most, probably, with almost a Pine smell! Worth every cent.
