You will need:

• 3 eggs
• 150g cold butter

Method:

• Preheat oven to 160oC. Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tray with baking paper.
• Tip contents of packet into a mixing bowl.
• Melt butter and then mix it into the mixture. Add eggs and pour into the tin. Bake, cool and slice into 16 squares.
