How To Use:
- Dip angled brush into jar to puck up a small amount of product to outline brows.
- Fill in brows by applying color in the direction of hair growth.
- Use spoolie brush to blend and groom. Build color for desired intensity.
- Remove excess product from brush and be sure to close lid tightly after each use.
