Author Biography:

Attila Pegán (LMT) is a body worker and yoga enthusiast with a strong interest in the effect of personal well-being on society. He has been practicing massage since 1999 and has studied bodywork in Canada, Hungary, Norway, Thailand, and in the USA. He is on the faculty of CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School & Clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Attila is currently enrolled in the KMI certification training in Structural Integration. He is also a member of Humania, the global scientific organization for sustainable work, life and education as a coach and mentor.
