Description

Here's How to Get the True Value for Your Home When You Go to Sell... You've checked Zillow, and it says your home is worth less than you think. You've seen a neighbor sell their home recently, but they didn't get as much for it as you thought they should. You want to sell your home, but you don't want to give it away. The confusing part is knowing how to find an agent who isn't going to insist on price reductions at every turn. That's where we come in. We help people just like you sell your home for its true value, no matter the circumstances. Step 1: We meet with you to preview your home and offer any staging, de-cluttering, and suggested repairs that we have found helps sell homes more quickly and maximize value. Step 2: We pull all the comparables for your home and share them with you to help pinpoint the value of your home in today's market. You will know exactly how we came up with the price and can have input in the process. Step 3: We take it from there, using our unique marketing to expose your home to the best possible buyers, all the while protecting your interests throughout the entire process. Most people think selling their home requires dropping the price of their home until they get a taker. Now you can sell your home with the systems and strategies for finding the right buyer to pay the true value within the timeframe that works for you. If you'd like us to help, just send an email to blairgroup@gmail.com, and we will take it from there.

Author Biography:

Blair was born in Santa Monica, California. His father worked in the hospitality industry managing hotels, and Blair's family moved every 3-5 years. From California, they began a journey that went to Seattle, WA, Manhattan, NY, Chicago, IL and New Orleans, LA. Blair graduated from high school in New Orleans, LA and then moved to Tempe, AZ to attend Arizona State University, which he graduated from in 4 years with a BA in Journalism and Minor in Business and History. Upon graduating from ASU Blair purchased his home through a Realtor and had a less than desirable experience. However, those events had a very positive impact in that they were what formed Blair's business and life. His mission statement was created and journey to become one of Arizona's top producers began. Fast forward several years, Blair formed a team that was together for 5+ years. As market conditions changed, so did the team's focus and structure and that set the foundation for The Blair Group; recognized by The Wall Street Journal as being in the Top 100 Agents in 2008 for units sold and the #1 Weichert Agent in 2009 for units sold. Blair and his wife have a daughter, and they enjoy supporting locally owned family businesses, trying new restaurants and going to the movies. They love animals and have a shiz-tzu (Macey) and a Terrier (Elsa). Blair's hobbies outside of work include: learning about social media, golf, following the Chicago Bulls, going to see the newest movies, and trying new restaurants. Blair is very passionate about his career and providing high levels of customer service for his clients. He is very knowledgeable about the Phoenix real estate market, and most cities in Maricopa County. He lives by and follows one work methodology: helping America's economy 1 home at a time.
