Delightful triple disc set of Foo Fighters broadcast recordings
In celebration of Foo Fighters extraordinary longevity, outstanding musicianship and quite staggering catalogue, this triple CD set includes a number of rare live recordings from across the group’s career to date, all originally made for live FM Radio Broadcast at the time, which provides a delightful collection of Foo Fighters at their on-stage-best.
DISC ONE here features two Foo’s shows from 1995. First up, the group’s stunning performance at Tramps in New York on April 25th is followed by their set at the Lowlands festival in the Netherlands on 27th August.
DISC TWO is from a few years later, recorded at the Festival Hall in Melbourne, Australia on 10th February 1998. Disc two also features a lengthy interview with Dave Grohl from the same year.
DISC THREE contains Foo Fighters superb show in Stockholm, Sweden, on 3rd December, 2002, shortly following the release of their One By One album. Disc three also contains an interview with Dave, recorded the same year.
