Introducing the brand new album “When All Is Said And All Is Done” by post punk, new wave legends Department S. They are best known for their debut single, “Is Vic There?”, which was originally released in December 1980 and reached No. 22 on the UK Singles Chart the following year. They toured with bands such as Toots and The Maytals and The Jam. They also recorded a session for the late radio 1 DJ John Peel. Paul Weller cited lead guitarist, Mike Herbage, as ‘Best New Guitarist’ in 1981. After a hectic couple of years of sell-out tours in the UK and Europe, they disbanded in 1982 and pursued individual projects while raising families. Since then the band released their only album in 2003. Now, after well over a decade of waiting, their fans finally get to hear a brand new album!
