Ingredients:

• Each Capsule Contains:
• DIM (Di-indole methane) 100mg,
• Paeony Root (paeonia lactiflora) 1000mg,
• Tomato Fruit (lycopersicon esculentum) 2000mg,
• Japanese Knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum) 2800mg

  (providing 5mg Resveratrol),

• Red clover (trifolium praetense) 1000mg,
• Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus castus) 1000mg.

Dosage:

• Adults: 2 capsules, taken in the evening, but start with just 1 capsule for a minimum of 10 nights in a row, before increasing to 2 capsules.

• As with all herbal products that have an effect via the liver, it is always best to start with a reduced dose and work up slowly to the recommended dosage.
• Many people start by opening a capsule and taking 1/4 of the contents for 4 nights in a row, then increase to 1/2 a capsule for two nights, then 1 whole capsule. Take 1 capsule for one week then increase to 2 capsules.
